Argos appoints Avison Young to assist with Republic of Ireland withdrawal
Avison Young has been appointed by Argos to assist in its recently announced withdrawal of Argos stores from the Republic of Ireland.
Avison Young will act for the leading general merchandise retailer to seek new occupiers and real estate solutions for 24 Argos premises in total. The store locations comprise a mix of high streets, retail parks and shopping centres, providing diverse rental opportunities throughout Ireland.
Avison Young has successfully concluded numerous transactions on behalf of Argos since 2019, helping the retailer future-proof its portfolio and secure continued value in a shifting retail environment.
