Daniel has been with Avison Young for over 13 years and is a Principal and he is head of the Valuations and Professional Services Department.

He is principally involved with valuations, rent reviews, and landlord and tenant instructions. He is a chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ professional experience in all aspects of professional services while specialising in Rent Reviews, Valuations, Landlord and Tenant and Consultancy.

Daniel worked in the professional services department of Cushman & Wakefield and gained experience in the valuation of all asset types and rent reviews/lease renewals of office, industrial, retail properties for international and national clients. Daniel subsequently held a position in the retail department of Savills and was responsible for (landlord and tenant) rent reviews and lease renewals for a variety of high street and shopping centre tenants and landlords.

Daniel has gained significant experience in representing clients at arbitration and in dispute resolution cases and is skilled in the preparation of precis of evidence and valuations, and the presentation of same.

Daniel is an experienced team leader and manages several key national and international client accounts, providing strategic property advice and managing the delivery of specific service lines, including valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, etc.
