Monaghan County Council intends to provide fully serviced development sites and will construct the internal estate roads and footpaths, ancillary services including public lighting, foul and surface water, watermain and will provide ducting for electricity and telecommunications. It is anticipated that a Part 8 planning application will be submitted for the estate infrastructure in early 2025.

The lands are suited for variety of industrial, enterprise and employment uses subject to planning permission.
